Give yourself a mid-day boost with an invigorating yoga class. It will relax you and allow you to return to work or the rest of your day feeling great.
Yoga for All
All level yoga class. This class is perfect for new participants, those with injuries or those who have doing for a long time. If you have a specific issue please tell the instructor at the beginning of class so they can provide the appropriate modifications for you.

Body First Camps and Clinics offer a experiences that allow participants to flourish and grow in their fitness experience.
