Membership Formats

Body First offers a variety of memberships options to best suit you or your family. Our membership options are available in two tiers: Basic Membershsip or Sports Membership
Body First Basic and Sports membership levels come in three formats:

Single Membership: Membership for one (1) adult.
Joint Membership: Membership for two people that live together and run a household or one parent/guardian and one child or legal dependent.
Family Membership: Membership for a couple and their children or legal dependent(s) or One (1) Adult and two or more of their children or legal dependents.

Membership Payment Options

Monthly Rollover Memberships
Afraid of commitment? Our Monthly Roll-over plan is for you. This plan allows you to cancel your Body First membership with just 30 days' notice without the hassle of complicated cancellation procedure.

Prepaid Memberships
Like to take care of things in advance? Ask about prepaying for your membership 6 or 12 months in advance.

Memberships dues will automatically renew at the same rate as long you keep your membership current and in good standing.
